 Yoga II/III Intensive Series with Irene; Deepen your practice with Irene's level 2/3 Intensive Yoga Practice. Irene will help you delve deeper into your practice into the true heart of yoga with asanas & inversions.  3 week series.

Melt Series; an innovative self Hand and Foot treatment technique that can make your whole body feel better in just minutes.  Experience profound self healing in this 4  week series.  Begins Wednesday May 16th,  7-8:30 pm.

Advanced Alignment with Tara;  in this Intensive Series learn how to get the most out of your alignment in every pose. Challenge the physical and mental body as you dive into the postures.  Students must have practiced at least one year of Yoga.  Begins Thursday May 17th, 7:15-8:45 pm.

Hiking Yoga ~ You don't want to miss out on this one of a kind class!  Every other Saturday at 9:30 am.

First time members receive 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $15. (Excludes any special series class & Pilates Reformer Classes).

Affordable and fun with NO clean up for you! Poise Studio offers Yoga Kids Parties where your child(ren) can use imagination, be active and learn about their body while having tons of fun!
