Turkey Pilates Bootcamp

A 6 week series that ends the weekend before Thanksgiving getting our body healthy and ready for our day of feast! Pilates Bootcamp workout combines the effective key principles of Pilates core stability and the traditional style of bootcamp training. Core stability is the very essence of the Pilates technique. It simply refers to making your center - or your core - solid and strong. Pilates Bootcamp workout will give you a powerful body resistant to the everyday stresses of work and life. This is a full body conditioning program, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles - with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio and correcting your posture.
Postnatal Yogalates
A 5 week series starting October 21st–November 18th |Thursdays at 11:15am

Postnatal Yogalates class is a great way to support the body's recovery after birth. In Postnatal Yogalates classes we work on gaining back our core strength, posture, and start you on your way to our before baby body! Using Yoga and Pilates to tone and strengthen your abs, back and full body while decreasing cellulite and creating mental health as well! Mothers may bring their babies for an experience that incorporates yoga and bonding with the baby. These classes are a wonderful way to connect with other new mothers in a supportive and healthy environment. Postnatal classes are appropriate for women from about four to six weeks postpartum and up until about six months, or when baby begins to crawl.
Belly Dance Boot Camp
A 6 week series starting October 26th–November 30th |Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:00pm
$65, plus $5 off any coin belt!
Shimmy away the calories with this invigorating, fun work out for any age, shape or size. All levels welcome as this 6 week format is designed specifically to burn away calories and fat with a variety of belly dance movements. We'll get a cardio workout along with body toning from head to toe. This one hour class includes a warm up, a 40 minute belly dance workout and ends with a gentle cool down.
Intro to Pilates Reformer
October 14th–November 11th | December 2–Dec 30th (no class the week of Christmas)

A 5 week series which includes: 1 Postural Analysis, 2 Mat Pilates Classes and 5 Group Reformer Classes. Two new series this Fall/Winter. First series begins October 14th, 2nd one begins December 2nd. Limited to 4 students per series.
