Q. I bought a Living Social deal, How do I redeem it?
A. STEP 1. Please register yourself in our system. This will save you and us a lot of time in the registration process. You will NOT be able to sign yourself up for classes in the system until we redeem your coupon in the studio.
STEP 2. After you are in the system you may call us at (503) 591-8700 to register you in your first class at Poise OR show up 10-15 minutes before the first class you want to take. STEP 3. After you're in our system and we have redeemed your coupon in our studio, you are able to sign up on-line for any Yoga or Mat Pilates Class on the main schedule for the remaining of your package.

Q: How much time do I have to use my 20 classes I've purchased?
A: You have 60 days to use your classes, starting the day you redeem your voucher.
Q: When can I redeem my voucher?
A: You have until October 11, 2011 to come in and redeem the voucher. (and as stated above, once you redeem it you have 60 days to use the 20 classes)
Q: Which classes can I take with my pass?
A: You may take any of the 30+ mat pilates or yoga classes on our main schedule page (series and reformer classes do not apply).
Q: Which classes are not included in the package?
A: Group reformer pilates classes, any private lessons, and special series are not included.
Q: Do I have to take only yoga OR only pilates classes or can I take both?
A: You can take any combination equalling 20 classes; For example - 10 yoga and 10 pilates, 15 yoga and 5 pilates, 2 yoga and 18 pilates, etc.
Q. Can I still participate if I missed the deal?
A. The deal was one day only and is no longer active. We do offer a great special of a 2 week unlimited class membership for only $15 please see our website for more information.
