Kundalini Yoga - Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1968. It is known as the Yoga of Awareness. Kundalini yoga classes "are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Prenatal Yoga – Linking yoga postures with the breath, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. Prenatal Yoga is conducted in a calm, peaceful environment that will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing with other pregnant women.
Prenatal Yoga is taught in a 6 week series
Family Yoga
With wide age ranges and levels of ability, this class is fun and especially rewarding. Health begins at home. Family Yoga teaches simple routines, games and partner poses the whole family will love. Ages 5 and up. This class is taught in a 5 week series. Please call to put your name on the list for our next series coming up
Pilates Bikini Boot-Camp

Beginner Belly Dance with Valerie
If you’ve been curious about belly dance and think it looks like fun, it is and this class is perfect for you! Taught in an 8 week format and designed with the absolute beginner in mind, this class is a relaxed and fun filled atmosphere teaching the basic steps to learn belly dance. Our instructors years of experience and easy to follow instructions include step by step guidelines and combinations along with take home worksheets to practice. Belly dance is the oldest form of dance in the world and this mysterious and magical dance is as unique and beautiful as you! So drop your inhibitions and come along for a new experience and journey through the ancient art of belly dance.
Beginning Belly Dance with Sedona!
Belly Dance is a wonderful way to embrace your femininity, have fun and get a great workout! Sedona's Beginning Belly Dance Class series is perfect for someone brand new to Belly Dance or a more experienced dancer looking to fine-tune her technique.
We will learn all the basic isolations with strong focus on posture and muscle control. The class will also cover all "foundational" Belly Dance Movements, Step patterns, Shimmy, and Hipwork. Along with break-downs of the "technical" aspects of the dance, Sedona will also begin to share its the history and Sacred roots.
Skills & Drills with Sedona!
Practice makes perfect!! This drill class is perfect for the intermediate dancer looking to fine-tune and advance their technique. We will be working on intermediate level layers, isolations patterns, steps, turns and other advanced techniques for your Belly Dance repertoire. We will spend concentrated amounts of time on each new technique and move repeating them over and over until they become fluid, effortless and part of our body. We will have an extended shimmy session which works on loosen up our shimmy as well as increasing its strength and longevity. In this challenging yet fun class you are sure to gain better body control, posture and get a GREAT work-out!!
Combos & Choreography with Sedona!
Now we DANCE!! In this fun and inspired class we will begin to put all of our Belly Dance "moves" "isolations" "steps" and "techniques" together to create lovely Combinations and Choreographies! A wonderful way to work on transitions, musicality and interpretation. You will gain a deep sense of fulfillment as you actually begin to put all of your training into action and BELLY DANCE!! Not only will you be learning this ancient and sacred art form but you will also be improving memorization skills and increasing mental clarity.
Private Lessons/Classes
We offer private and semi-private belly dance, as well a offer private classes to learn basic belly dance off-site or at the studio. Fun for bachelorette parties, birthdays, showers or just for fun!
